Can't run Aftter Burner II on latest build..

Sorry for posting another bug I've seemed to come across. Running MAME64 .167, when I try running the game, it just freezes on Initializing. Was wondering if this is a bug or just a problem on my end?

Windows 11 64 bit OS
Intel Core i7-10700
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 6GB
32GB DDR4 RAM
