Are you saying that you actually played Time Gal the real arcade game? If so you are a pretty lucky individual, where did you play it? I don't believe I've ever heard of anyone actually playing the cabinet and thought it and Ninja Hayate were Japan only releases.
Unless things have changed and I'm mistaken, I don't believe the roms or discs for either of those games have been found and are probably being hoarded by said Japanese collectors.
