IPAC 4 Intermitent Failure

I am having an issue with my IPAC4 less than a month old. Win7 recognizes it works but every so often it stops working in Mame. The LED is on but even the Ultimarc software doesn't recognize it. I have to disconnect the USB from the board and reconnect it and let windows reinitialize it. The USB on it is a little wiggly. Has this been reported or did I just happen to get one with a bad connector?
