MAMEWorld Forums - EmuChat - Rad Rally broken sounds?

Alright, I'm going to get this thing out of my chest, I tried replacing Rad Rally's epr-14110.ic20 sound rom with Rad Mobile's epr-13699.ic20 by renaming it and it turns out that the lightning strike sound from the Rain Stage was fixed but before it used to be broken with the random horn sound that plays when a lightning strikes. Because Rad Rally's sound rom is the same as Rad Mobile's as indicated by Sound Tests (if you go through the Sound Test between Rad Mobile's and Rad Rally's, you will notice that the sound is broken and it just plays random sounds instead of the correct ones).

Also the guy screaming when you get crashed by an oncoming vehicle was broken and it's supposed to play in-game like in this video (along with guy saying "Go!" And "So Long Baby!" When you're playing multiplayer):

Is it the emulator or is the broken sound rom for Rad Rally? My theory is that this supposed to be a clone of Rad Mobile for the sound roms to be working properly.
