If you already have an ArcadeVGA you shouldn't need a converter to use your PC on an arcade monitor. All you should need is the VGA breakout cable to go from the ArcadeVGA to your cab monitor.

That converter is more for taking an older(mostly gambling) pcb game board & changing its' signal so you can use it on a newer LCD display. -that is if I'm not mistaken
