crow-10 is your SSID (Service Set Identifier). It's closely related, but not the same thing as a network name (it's an identifier for your wireless only, NOT your entire network). Perhaps you should try to create/join a Homegroup from the page on the right side of your pic?

Have you run the Printer installation software yet? You won't automatically see things like your smart tv or phone in your network. You will only see servers, whether it's something with DNLA services, or something with file sharing services turned on. Or... some devices run SSH servers; In that case you can connect through WinSCP. Other than your printer, I'm not exactly sure what it is you are trying to access from your PC.

Depending on your router's firmware, you can see all devices (and IP addresses) that are connected whether it be wired or wireless.

Edit: Just reread your original post. You need the Network Installation software for your printer. As I said before, you will not see other kinds of devices through Windows, nor do you need to. You can only see shared resources through Windows if those devices are sharing any resources.
