I clicked the link you said to click in the unlikely event I needed to do what you said I could do by doing that. I did nothing there but look at and close the resulting window that I'd already been through. I can't touch the network there.
In any case, I apologize for using the word "network" to describe the thing Windows is calling a network named "Network," while not showing me the thing it called a network which was and is still named "crow-10."
