the website is hosted by aruba.it which is performing a series of updates throughout August. it's the first downtime since years (except a weekend when the site was down because half of the web farm burned down), so I think they can be excused.
works shall be over around the end of August, and the activity shall be fully back (including catver etc) shortly after 0.165 sorry for the inconvenience
