The real deal beats any emulation, it doesn't matter how accurate it will get you also miss force feedback and full framerate. That's why I brought a WODE for my Wii. Costs as much as the console itself for delivery and import, but now I won't have worry about Wii/GC emulation ever. In the same way I brought a PS2 SCPH-5001 with modem and hard drive. I have a Dreamcast v01 with the laser worn out, so I expect to replace the laser and solder it a hard drive ribbon cable before Shenmue 3 comes out.
BTW, I brought a $5 dollar XBOX with a boot error message 4 years ago. It was a pain to unlock the hard drive and reformat, but now it's alive and kicking.
