Here how. 07/27/15 06:21 PM Reply With 0163 (perhaps previous versions too?) it appears that v-sync is enabled by default when using OPENGL/GLSL, at least with my NVidia card. Not sure if this was intentional or not, but you can use the driver (AMD or NVidia) to override that if needed as the INI setting doesn't seem to have an affect.
