Whoa... please don't.
In regards to you earlier question... hosting your artwork... at this point, no... I need to first get back up and running on the real artwork before I even consider adding in a bunch of custom stuff.
Plus... it looks like you've already picked a host... everything is hosted here, complete with screenshot and file attachment.
I'm not complaining... and don't want to deter you from what you're doing, because you are filling a niche for some people, who have already posted here and thanked you for your work.
But I'm personally now resigned to view this forum in Collapsed Mode instead of Expanded Mode, because I can't see the rest of the threads until I scroll through a couple pages of custom stuff.
At least with it all in one thread, I can differentiate from everything else.
I'm fine with original artwork at game per thread, but if you start making a single thread for every single custom artwork, at the rate you're going, I'm never going to be able to tell the difference anymore. I'm even considering asking Smitdogg to make a separate forum for custom artwork. If that happens, then I'd be fine with it.
Side question, 'cause I got confused here: your first post, you said these were all for a 16:9 monitor. That's a widescreen monitor. But all of the artwork is setup to use on a square monitor (4000x3000), and the ratio on the game screens doesn't look right (2000x3000). A 3:4 game, at 3000px tall, would be 2250px wide. Is there a setting in your mame.ini that's stretching the whole thing at once (artwork and screen)?
'Cause on a 16:9 monitor, at normal settings, an image 4000px wide would need to be 2250px tall to fill the screen corner to corner. And the ratio on the game screen should be, to go top to bottom, 1687.5x2250.
RELAX and just have fun. Remember, it's all about the games.
