I personally have no problems pulling off the special moves in the SF games. I always play Ken. I'm using a PS3 controller. Also works fine on my SNES emulator when I play the SF2 games. Also work fine with Demul when I play the SF3 games. Since it's a problem with multiple emulators, I'd assume it's not the problem with the emulators themselves
