Correct. It's from the Showtime series The L Word, season 1 episode 11 titled "Liberally" and the actress in question is Michaela Mann.
Not sure why I took up this challenge. I suppose I was hoping for additional footage but there's not much more to it, other than a few minutes in the episode opener where she is seen participating in a porn shoot in a school bathroom. The snippet in the montage happens during the closing minutes of the episode. A synopsis of the episode is linked below.
