My hard drive is letter H.

Make.bat = H:\MAME

Source = H:\MAME\dev\source

buildtools = H:\MAME\dev\buildtools

Using the TortoiseGit https://code.google.com/p/tortoisegit/ and Git https://git-scm.com/ to download and update the files.
