Not really. Everything that was ever released on Steam is floating around cracked. And you'd better believe that I will go that route if that's the only way I have to play the game I've purchased.
There are 3 reasons why I love GOG. 1) Cheap as all hell. 2) No DRM! 3) I just happen to like older games. I swear half of the things I purchased from there, I already have laying around on disks that came with video cards and such... but they're so damn cheap (and updated to work on newer systems without much hassle) that I couldn't help but buy them. With Steam... I grab stuff when a download code comes with hardware I picked up, or when they have a kick ass sale.
Just broke my personal record for number of consecutive days without dying!
