You shouldn't have to do that every time you re-boot.
Install the drivers manually to begin with, then when it says the drivers aren't signed say yes that you want to install them anyway. Unless they changed something (or more likely, my memory is a bit off) that should do it.
Make sure you have admin privileges to do the install.
Also make sure that after you install turn off the auto update in the catalyst menu. Otherwise when you do re-boot it'll install the latest & then you'll be screwed & have to start over again.
Also make sure that Winblowz isn't set to download & install updates automatically. Otherwise same situation will occur & it not worky. If you want you can also set it up to just do main updates & not others. I would have it D/L & alert you to choose what you want to install just to be safe.
