IPac Help - 9 Flashes

Hello all,
I'm having some issues with my new ipac board. I connected it as normal and plugged it in to the USB slot. My PC acknowledged it at first, but now says 'No board' when using the configuration utility.
I've checked the board, when plugging it in the green light flashes 9 times before going off completely. Is this an error code?
It's a brand new chip and I have only just plugged it in so I have no idea why it is behaving this way.
