Yes... on some pages.
Not on playlists, though. I open YouTube, scroll through my subscriptions, and click "watch later" on everything I want to watch, typically 6-12 videos out of several pages. Then I watch one of them, fullscreen. And the next one starts, without even allowing a moment at the end to "like" them, let alone look at or post comments.
