Hi krick:

Thanks for answering. It seems probable that I killed my J-PAC.

But I want to be sure before I order a new one. Do you know if just plugging it in to a PC should make it detectable to Windows? Like in the attached picture. The SELF TEST led is lit so maybe it isn't dead?
