MESSUI 0.159 has been released (32 and 64 bit versions, command-line and GUI versions)

Also software-list xml files, and source code changes.

* The custom code for mandatory carts has been removed, because of improvements in baseline.

* Added a local modification to wd_fdc, to allow microbee to boot disks.
