More advanced than both Gaelco 3D and Vegas? As far as I know, none whatsoever.

- The PSX hardware games run full-speed but fall short of the visual quality seen on Vegas games.
- Model 3 games are highly dependent on the complexity of the 3D scene being drawn, running between 60 and 110% on my Haswell i7-5930K, and so don't count as fully playable.
- Naomi games, as you point out are far from playable due to not running at full speed.
- Aleck 64 games likewise.
- I've heard that Cruis'n Exotica and Mortal Kombat 4 can hit full speed on modern hardware, but I seem to recall that the GPU from the Midway board in question isn't remotely understood 100%, and at best it would match Vegas, not exceed it.
- Cruis'n USA and Cruis'n World are great 3D games, but again can't meet the bar set by Vegas, since the 3DFX Voodoo could do bilinear filtering.

So, yeah, no, I'm reasonably certain that there aren't any more visually impressive systems at the moment than the ones you mention. Naomi would have a chance of running full speed if the PVR chip were fully poly.h-ized, wasn't currently an inaccurate heap of garbage, and RB remade his SH-4 recompiler, but at the moment Vegas is at the tip-top.
