Pay for email? I've got 4 email accounts and I've never had to pay for them. Well, I kept one of my email addresses after dropping MSN (which I had to pay for that). The others are from Yahoo, my *ISP, and G+ Mail (which I never use nor wanted/asked for ).
*ISP: yeah, that might not be free.
eta: I guess it would depend on what you consider to be 'decent'.
