Help recalling a music video from the 80's....

What I can recall from it is a scene where there are these guys in dark blue (maybe) suits and sun-glasses, they're crawling up (or down?) a wide stairway. The left most guy is a normal/average sized guy, and they get smaller going to the right, where the right-most guy is like this impossibly small midget. There's about 5 guys (I think).
From the lyrics that I recall - I was thinking it was Elton John's "I Don't Wanna Go on with You Like That", but that video has nothing like like what I described above. So it must be a different one (by a different artist perhaps).
Does anyone know / have an idea of what I'm talking about?
