So far: looks like I should have specified "free application".

This worked pretty well but glitched and stopped making shots about 5 seconds in (it's a glitchy video somewhat, maybe that's why)

The blank screen detection/edge detection seems like neat features. Otherwise, not for my purposes.

Most of the Video-Help ones were for making these thumbnail matrix images, I don't need that. Just need one photo every x seconds (non-integer preferable) or x frames.

[EDIT] Might resort to this. It's Windows command-line not Windows GUI tho.
