So, I have located a collector with the DDR1 disc. He told me that when 2 came out that Konami just took the DDR1 security cart and wrote over it with the DDR2 code so more than likely, most original 1 carts were converted. Apparently, for the Bemani 573, the RTC dying doesn't disable the game.
Edit: I was told of a location which still has a dedicated DDR1.
