Yeah, you can do it - if your iron is hot enough. That's industrial grade solder, probably silver solder to withstand heat, hence you need to heat to get it. Also make sure your tip is very fine. Get the same capacitors as says on the top of those - the microfarads and voltage marked on the top or/and sides. And make sure you have better ventilation in your case. That's often the reason they go bad, too hot in there.
