First off: it's an old video!
Second: no, it looks real. What no one noticed is that there were no cars on the screen. It only mapped the road in front of the vehicle. Nothing parallel. Also, the 'track' was only the sand dunes, ever-repeated. No buildings on the side, the track was always three lanes, etc. A seriously hacked version, so to speak.
And, it was apparently their Youtube channel - and was posted in January, so no April Fool's.
