The wait is over, finally!
For those who don't know about EmuCon, it's a frontend for console/handheld/computer emulators, including support for MESS/UME.
Lots of changes on this one. If you are updating from v2.5, you current frontend settings and games lists files will be updated on startup.
But I do recommend a backup of you current EmuCon install... just to be on the safe side.
Besides the usual fixes, the project has been updated for a better Win7 / Win8 support, support for Unicode filenames (non ANSI format). New stuff has been added too.
