I have tried 2 different rgb to vga cables into the rgb input - one with the h and v sync combined and the other with the h and v sync separate into a bnc y splitter. The resolution I tried running at was 640x480 and I'm not sure if the card is setup properly at 15khz...and I do know how to enter the service mode on the monitor.
