I also got rid of the doorknob on top and the hinges on the latch side as part of making it 3D.
I had to guess as to the intent of the door handle, and went with the simplest implementation of it. There are cracks between cuboid elements in any 3D model if you look closely (not at the handle though, that passes through the model). No issue there. Except that I'm just about to re-edit it to allow for a bit more trickery. I'll hold it back until there's another door or six (may as well do all seven of them, right?). Did you look at the actual files? I renamed most of them, so if you just dropped it in, you've probably got duplicates, some of which are still used for the other doors. Studying them might show how to deal with certain items that share textures and/or models.
