the front I'm not so sure, the seat is pretty much in there...
YOu could make wheels, but that would compromise the whole folding thing since it will have a big-ass footprint again...
It's pretty cool though..
Might attempt making one after I finish Colossus, my 3.5m by 2.20m book/dvd/vinyl-storage-tv-cupboard with built-in arcade machine...
EDIT: 1 thing... where's the monitor 
Would be even cooler if that/those (imagine 3) would fold out as well :O
