Oh I get that - the phrase itself is mildly amusing. I just think the way the guy faked a video of interrupting a news broadcast as viral marketing for shirts with the phrase on it is incredibly lame, and the way and the way people are trying to force it to become a meme (like the multiple posts here) is pathetic.
