Occasionally, my 'enter' button gets switched to something else, and setting 'ctrl' and 'shift' keys gives both sides rather than one or the other side. Re-starting the machine fixes it. It comes to mind perhaps my number lock is turning off.
So try re-starting, and also look into something like the number lock. I say something like that because your characters are weird. What country/language is your default key set?
