Games don't get "ported" to MAME, they get emulated in MAME. These games in particular run on PCs that have powerful graphics cards in them and high-end Pentium 4 or Core chips running at 2GHz or more. Those would need to be emulated by MAME.

No, there aren't. People have figured out how to hack out the protection and run them in Windows. This means precisely jack-shit in terms of actually emulating the games.
