The attached removed pic represents a mouse computer interface device that is placed into a preformed mold. ![](//www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/pi.gif)
The disc that is over the mouses light/sensor should be fixed, and attached to the bearing for rotation.
The shaft is push and pull-able. It has 1 lever that pivots when pushed down. The other end of the lever raises and contacts 1 mouse button. The other (arm) moves when lifted/pulled - to press the other mouse button.
While all the fine details can't be represented in this rough MSpaint drawing - it should give a rough idea of what might be possible.
