New Big Blue released

The new version is out. This includes:

* Haggar shutdown / restart sequence
* GUI configuration utility
* Multiple game list support
* Pre and post game launch configuration options

It was too easy to shutdown the system from Big Blue's menu, so I decided to make a fun way to do it.
