Those who play it may see something odd in this image (plants, trap door, dirt, ladder).
This is texture (resource) pack stuff, not mods, and all vanilla blocks etc. (from snapshot, the floor is polished granite).
Several of the textures I've grabbed need work; the doors, for instance, are 3D when open but flat when closed. There's also significant Z-fighting going on, overlapping textures (see the trap door).
