The inclusion of proper nouns is a cheat. "Job" in this is at the beginning of a line, so indistinguishable from "job," except for the poem's theme of having words of similar spelling pronounced differently (meaning you need to pre-read it). Proper nouns are spelled however it was decided to spell them by people from whatever country and era named them, and pronounced... in whatever manner it was agreed they'd be pronounced. The cities of Houston and Houston have differing pronunciations, and the reader only knows which they think was listed first. Further, I submit for consideration "Pago Pago."
Also, groats aren't grits, the first being larger, and both are pronounced the way they would be when referring to the other things they can mean. Using one for the other is wrong, whether common or not.
