For DOS gmaes you have to use:

DOSBox + Munt
http://www.dosbox.com/
http://sourceforge.net/projects/munt/

or ykhwong's DOSBox build
http://ykhwong.x-y.net/

or ScumMVM
http://scummvm.org/
(if the game is supported)

Either way, you will also need the MT-32 roms.
