Here is my report to them.

Memory Size 2048 MB
Datastorage capacity 16384 MB < Only showing 4.92 GB (5038.08) on the
screen. How come?"

Thank you for taking time to report your issue.
This issue has already been reported to our team. This bug prevent the internal SDCard to be listed. However, as you can see, it exists:
