I like the Coco Loco entry instead since it's another bootleg variation Pac Man type clone.
With couriersud doing netlist audio emulation work for Coco Loco, I had remembered his work from a few months earlier regarding AY-3-8910A
-- 05-12-2014
Changed cocoloco to netlist output. Emulation ends at amplifier input. src/mame/drivers/cocoloco.c

Added netlist output stage to 1942
I think the quality is better with netlist. Better dynamics, you can hear the rotors now. I have observed no performance impact as well.

Added option AY8910_RESISTOR_OUTPUT to AY8910. This will output internal resistor values instead of computed voltages. To be used with netlist output stages.
src/emu/sound/ay8910.c
/* AY 8910 internal resistors */

I then decided to do a search on how many emulated entries use the AY-3-8910A and it totals 1570 according to progettoemma.
So that means if doing a netlist update on all the games that require such an update that means about 500 to 600 logic schematics needing to be located if wanting to do a netlist update on any specific games using AY-3-8910A
1942 entries and Coco Loco are done ....so just another 1000 entries waiting to get an update.
btw: This is a different area compared to say Midway 8080 hardware type games that also require their own type of audio related discrete emulation work.
