offical pacman releases with ROMs inside?

Does anyone know of any offical pacman releases with the ROMs inside (other than a real arcade board)

While I realise the legality of extracting roms from a (for example) GBA/Playstation/PC game is still heavily up for debate, I'm doing something where I would feel more comfortable if I legally had *some* copy of the ROMs.

If not, I might have to try to buy an arcade board.
