I don't think that applies (& also see URherenow's reply).
As a matter of fact - we had a disgruntled former employee post a "negative" review. In her "review" she had used some events from an incident involving a mother and her twin children, her room being too cold because of the AC, and a "stolen" DVD player. I personally had to deal with that very guest, but the way the review was posted you could tell some details about the true events were changed (e.g. inaccurate). & the most outrageous part of the review was something about the GM pinning the mother down in the floor and screaming at her, saying the GM was a crazy woman, and probably some other b.s. remarks.
Come to think of it - I haven't checked to see if that review was responded to or not. eta: if it even still exists.
