No, I don't use same SSID's. I have ASUS2_4, ASUS5Ghz (both N only), and kept my RT-N16 on the network with attwifi and no password (only MAC filter) so I could use the streetpass cheating with my 3DS. Right now, that's what my PS3 is connected to but it was fast enough to stream a 3D NETFLIX movie without a hiccup. I guess I'll just stick with that.
Although I could turn my Airport extreme into a wireless bridge on 5gz and hard-wire my PS3, TV, and PS4 to it... I think that's a little bit much though, no? My TV stand is full of clutter as things are without putting the APEx out there too.
Would I need to add my TV's Ethernet MAC to the MAC filter since it's connecting through a wireless bridge? I only want the N66U to be handing out IP addresses.
Just broke my personal record for number of consecutive days without dying!
