Well that is caused by my sleeping position. Nothing to do with stress, eating habits, or anything. I can't correct it ATM but hopefully one of these days it'll happen.

Yes, that's how you wake up, with the urgent feeling that you will not be able to breath anymore and death is inminent. Lungs are empty and there's no exit. However since I gained weight when I quit smoking, they are recurrent (as I said, once or twice a year), and after an initial moment of panic, I know it will go away and I just have to endure it.
