Yeah, everything after Raoh's death ("Hokuto no Ken 2" in the anime, no title change in the original comics) is quite ridiculous. Every new character is someone's separated-at-birth sibling. You've got Lin's sister, Kenshiro's evil brother (actual brother, not dojo-mate), Raoh's even-more-evil brother... And they retcon everyone's past like crazy.
