Everything else does, as well. I like when things finish. If they stop soon enough, they stay good. The only anime I've really watched are completed series, and not many at that.
It looks like a lot of the filler episodes for this one were because they were able create them so much faster than the story they were based on was being generated. If you know which ones they are, just skip them.
