I looked at DICE Clean Sweep entry with prom names shown as.

iirc DICE is forgiving if filenames don't match because game continues to load whereas MAME is stricter and might exit back out to the commandline prompt.
The prom names in MAME source code match what is on the labels of the Clean Sweep pcbs.
