I am trying to upgrade my mame cabinet. I'm getting a solid green led on the ipac 2 board, but no input is passing through on the controls. When I plug in a pass through keyboard to the ipac, I get no input from the keyboard either and the LEDs on the keyboard (scroll lock, num lock, and caps lock) flash in unison - what does this mean?
