Posting here is ok, especially if you have no one that you know that can confirm you have a problem. I would only post to MT when you are absolutely sure there is an issue and not an configuration problem - and that you are using only an official binary to confirm the breakage. In this case, with both the latest 64-bit version from MAMEDEV.org and the current SVN - the game boots and plays fine for me. Try a fresh install of your binary in a new folder or try deleting your .cfg/.ini files related to this game and try again.
